Orders clearly marked with "made to order" have a 2-3 month processing period before shipment.
All orders are sent using regular Auspost tracked shipping. Please note, delivery times may vary depending on location. The average delivery time on all orders once tracking has been sent is 3-5 business days.
Once tracking has been issued, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up on their own tracking updates. If tracking was not received, please ensure the junk email folder has been checked.
